St. Charles County to host vehicle auction

Drivers looking to score a good deal on a vehicle can check out the 38 used vehicles from St. Charles County Government at the surplus auction.“Vehicles ranging from model years 1999-2006 are available, including three Harley police motorcycles, trucks, SUVs, sedans and used Crown Victoria patrol cars,” said John Sonderegger, with the county.

Vehicles can be inspected from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 24, at the St. Charles Family Arena. Participants can then put in a silent bid and the sealed bids will be opened at 10 a.m. on Oct. 29, in Suite 541, of the County Administration building located at 201 N. Second Street in St. Charles.
