Police seeking man in sexual assault case

The St. Peters Police Department is looking for a Hispanic male accused of sexually assaulting a female on March 16 at Mr. Lucky’s Restaurant, 3603 North St. Peters Parkway. Police said the man was eventually removed by restaurant staff just after 10 p.m. after complaints of lewd behavior.
After the suspect was removed from the restaurant, he approached the female victim in the parking lot and forcefully sexually assaulted her. The victim sustained minor injuries from the assault.
The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, approximately 40-years old, about 5-foot 6-inches tall, and 190 pounds. Police said he is believed to have stocky build. He has dark hair, possibly a receding hairline and a goatee.
The Police Department is asking for anyone with information about this suspect’s identity to contact Det. Atkins at 278-2244 ext. 3592 or at 278-2222.
