The United Way of Greater St. Louis is looking for individuals who are interested in making a positive difference every day in our region by volunteering with the organization’s allocations panel.
Allocation volunteers spend about 40 hours between June and November determining how the United Way will invest more than $1 million each week in our community. Allocations panel volunteers visit health and human service agencies supported by United Way and then distribute the funds raised each year in our fall campaign.
Additional information can be found on the United Way’s volunteer website: www.unitedwaystlcares.org. Click “Get Involved” to learn more or call (314) 421-0700.
United Way’s allocations process is a great place to learn about our community, meet interesting and committed people from all walks of life, develop leadership skills and help one in three people in the region.
