Murder suspect taken into custody in Oklahoma

The US Marshall’s Office contacted the O’Fallon Police Department Feb. 15 to say they had taken into custody murder suspect Terry Culberson.
O’Fallon police said Culberson was captured by the US Marshall’s Office on at approximately midnight Feb. 15 in Love County, Okla. He was taken into custody without incident.
Extradition proceedings for the return of the suspect are currently being pursued. Culberson, 63, of Florissant, has been charged with murder in the first degree and armed criminal action by the St. Charles County Prosecutor for the murder of Dorothy Hall, 55, who was found dead Feb. 5 in her residence with a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
