Olive Street Road to close Feb. 18 between Centaur and Chesterfield Airport roads

Effective Feb. 18, Olive Street Road will close for up to two weeks between Centaur and Chesterfield Airport roads, while a contractor installs a 90-foot-long storm drainage system related to nearby commercial construction.

Motorists will have to use S. Eatherton, Wildhorse Creek Road, Long Road and Chesterfield Airport Road to circumvent the closure.

Barricades will be erected on either end of the closure to prevent motorists from accessing Olive Street Road. Electronic message boards have been deployed to alert drivers to the upcoming restrictions.
