Wildwood tax adviser and resident Frank L. “Tiger” Zerjav, Jr. on Dec. 20 pleaded guilty to four counts of income tax evasion for four years, from 2001 to 2004.
The indictment indicates Zerjav owing more than $180,000.
According to court documents, Zerjav, who was indicted in November, willingly submitted false tax returns and accounting records. Records also indicated that he produced QuickBooks accounting records under the name of Advisory Group-West Inc., which had been altered to conceal his true and correct taxable income for 2001.
Sentencing is set for Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at 1:30 p.m.
