Wentzville man arrested in Nuway burglary case

A Wentzville man has been taken into custody on charges of burglary and stealing.
Wentzville police have arrested David L. Moore, 21, in connection with a burglary that occurred on Nov. 19 at Nuway Concrete located at115 Resource Dr.in Wentzville. Police said Moore was identified as a suspect early into the investigation. Subsequent to his arrest property taken from the burglary was located and recovered.
However, police said other recent burglaries in the city are still open investigations. Police added that some methods used in this case suggest the burglaries in the Downtown Business District may be related and detectives are continuing to investigate.
The $500 reward for anyone with specific information that leads to a successful arrest and prosecution in the Downtown Business District cases is still available. Anyone with information regarding the Downtown Business District burglaries should contact the Wentzville Police at 327-5105.
