Ticket deadline for FHHS Madrigal Dinner looms
The Francis Howell Viking Choirs has announced its 2012 Madrigal Dinner Theater event will take place on Friday and Saturday evenings, Dec. 7 and Dec. 8. This musical Dinner Theater with Catered Feast and Royal Entertainment will be presented at the Francis Howell High School commons area, located at 7001 Hwy. 94 South in St. Charles. Seating will take place beginning at 5:45 p.m., with the evening’s Processional starting promptly at 6:30 p.m.
The Madrigal Dinner Theater is an annual tradition with the FHHS Viking Choirs – choir students will serve and entertain guests with live theatrical and musical entertainment – along with holiday carol singing to close out the evening’s festivities. Because this is a fundraising event for the FHHS Choirs, the Madrigal Dinner Theater will also feature a Silent Auction and Raffle with one-of-a-kind prizes and unique gift baskets, as well as a 50/50 drawing each night. Choir students will also offer homemade items for guests to purchase at a nominal fee.
Tickets for both shows are now available through the Viking Choir Boosters – adult tickets are $20 per person, and student tickets are $15 per student.
All tickets must be purchased in advance no later than Wednesday, Nov. 28, in order to ensure guest reservations – there will be no ticket sales at the door, so no walk-ins please.
Reserve tickets by mail to: FHHS Madrigal Dinner Reservations,2415 Federalist Place, O’Fallon, MO 63368. Please make checks payable to “Viking Choir Boosters”. Reservations will be confirmed via e-mail, and tickets will be available for pick-up the night of the show. Seating is assigned as reservations are received.
The FHHS Viking Choir Boosters are currently soliciting donations/items for the silent auction/raffle, and they are offering program ads for interested companies and individuals – donations and program ads are due to the Viking Choir Boosters no later than Wednesday, Nov. 28.
