The Meadows shopping center in Lake Saint Louis is making shoppers’ seasons a little brighter this year. The Meadows is offering a free professional, 4-inch-by-6-inch picture with Santa, and are encouraging shoppers to bring their own cameras. This complimentary service, sponsored by The Meadows in partnership with Von Maur department store, bucks the growing trend of pricey photo packages.
“The highlight of the holiday season is about the magic that a visit with Santa brings to a child,” said Bridget Geiss, marketing director of The Meadows. “Our free pictures with Santa program allows the focus to remain on this wonderful family tradition without the pressure of purchasing expensive photo packages.”
Complete with his real beard and bellowing “Ho! Ho! Ho!” Santa Claus arrives in Von Maur department store’sCenter Courtat noon on Friday, Nov. 23. His hours throughout the season are weekends through Christmas from noon to 5 p.m. and Christmas Eve from noon until 3 p.m. The Meadows shopping center is located at Hwy. 40 and Lake Saint Louis Boulevard in Lake Saint Louis.
