High school boys soccer district action takes place this week

Reigning Class 3 state champion De Smet and Class 2 state champion Priory are about to begin their quest to get back to state.
High school boys soccer district play for all three classes begins begins this week and ends by Saturday.
Here are the Class 3 District 2 seeds: 1. Chaminade (19-2-2). 2. St. Louis University (11-8-6). 3. Ritenour (6-10-1). 4. McCluer (7-16). 5. Hazelwood East (3-18). Chaminade is the district host. Chaminade plays McCluer (7-15) at 3:45 p.m. Monday (Oct. 29) against . SLUH faces Ritenour at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 30). The winners meet for the district title at noon Saturday.
Here are the Class 3 District 3 seeds: 1, Rockwood Summit (15-6-2). 2. Eureka (14-8). 3. Northwest (17-5-1). 4. Lafayette
(10-8-3). 5. Parkway South (3-21). Eureka is the district host. In a play-in game Saturday, Lafayette shutout Parkway South 3-0. Lafayette will play Summit at 5 p.m. Monday with Eureka facing Northwest at 7 p.m. The winners will play for the district title at 7 p.m. Wednesday (Oct. 31).
Here are the Class 3 District 8 seedings: 1. Marquette (18-2). 2. Christian Brothers College (20-5-1). 3. De Smet (12-8-4). 4.
Parkway North (10-12-1). De Smet is district host. De Smet plays CBC at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 30) and then Marquette meets Parkway North at 6:30 p.m. The two winners will play for the district title at 7 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 1).
The Class 2 District 5 seedings are: 1. Ladue (13-6-1). 2. Clayton (15-6). 3. MICDS (7-10). 4. University City (4-17). MICDS is the district host. At 4 p.m. Tuesday, Ladue plays University City and at 4 p.m. Clayton faces MICDS. The two winners will play Thursday for the championship at 4 p.m.
The Class 2 District 6 seedings are: 1. Parkway Central (16-5-1). 2. Parkway West (13-11-1). 3. Westminster Christian Academy (9-13). 4. Priory (8-14).
Westminster is the district host. Parkway Central faces Priory and Parkway West meets Westminster. Both games will be played at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. The title game is set for 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
The Class 1 District 4 seedings are: 1. Trinity Catholic (10-10). 2. Whitfield (2-19-1). 3. Lutheran North (6-14). 4. North Technical (5-13).
Trinity is the district host. At 4:30 p.m. Monday, Trinity meets North Tech while Whitfield plays Lutheran North at 6:30 p.m. The two winners play for the district title at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
The Class 1 District 5 seedings are: 1. Principia (10-10). 2. Barat Academy (11-8). 3. John F. Kennedy (10-9). 4. Valley Park (7-16-1). 5. The Fulton School at St. Albans (8-12-1). Principia is the host. Valley Park meets The Fulton School at 4 p.m. Monday. The winner will play Principia at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. Barat Academy faces Kennedy at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. The two semifinal winners meet for the title at 3:30 p.m. Friday.
