Correction regarding Ellisville deer control

In the Oct. 10 issue of West Newsmagazine, it was reported that Ellisville currently has an ordinance that allows bow hunting on private lots of 3 acres of more. That statement should have read that Ellisville is currently considering a bill that would allow bow hunting on lots of 3 acres or more. At this time Ellisville does not allow hunting within the city limits. West Newsmagazine regrets this error.
