  1. LSL Resident says:

This is a disappointing vote by the board. But more importantly, don’t we elect and pay these people to make decisions? It speaks volumes that Alderman Sidebottom, rather than making a choice, opted to punt on the issue. Apparently he is afraid to go on the record for anything controversial. This is not what we are paying him to do, and not what we should expect from any of our elected officials.

  2. OFALLON RESIDENT says:

Seriously after all the vets and first responders have done for us as individuals and as a country you couldn’t put aside you petty problems over naming and an 11th hour application? How about you wimp asses that couldn’t even find it in your heart to cast a vote? Not to mention the worthless wanna be politicians that can’t even show up to a meeting. I hope everyone comes to this event and donates what they can to a great cause. I for one will be out of town but will make sure I get some of my money that I earn and spend in O’Fallon will go to their cause.

  3. LSL Resident under 40 says:

I echo the comments above. The Rocktober Fest will raise money for Wounded Vets and the Alderman event will Raise money for fireworks – this is a great example of the direction of this watchers group of LSL and the Alderman – we need to VOTE all of them out and vote in Reasonable LSL Citizens to these potisions. Furthermore- the Rocktober fest will have free Beer # 4 Hands IPA and # AB prodcuts / plus Hot Chocolate.
