Creve Coeur police investigating sexual offense

The Creve Coeur Police Department responded to a report of a sexual offense that occurred on Jan. 18 in the 12300 block of Cross Creek Cove.
According to a press release from the city of Creve Coeur, responding officers located the victim, 31, in a parking lot. She stated that she had been held against her will for several hours in an area apartment, had been held at gunpoint and was sexually assaulted.
Within minutes, the release said, Creve Coeur police took a suspect into custody. The suspect is identified as Larry Bradley, 37. He was charged with Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Unlawful Use of a Concealable Firearm. Bond is set at $30,000. Other charges have been taken under advisement by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Bradley is being held at the St. Louis County Jail.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for examination. There were no visible serious injuries, and she was subsequently released.
Investigators recovered a weapon and other items of evidence from the apartment.
