Three new stores coming to The Meadows

The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis shopping center has announced the opening of Francesca’s Collections and the addition of Parmida Home and holiday tenant, See’s Candies, that will complement the more-than 35 upscale retailers and eateries already found at The Meadows. The Meadows is the only St. Charles County location for all three new stores.

Francesca’s Collections occupies approximately 1,400 square feet on the north side of The Meadows between Banana Republic and Cache. Founded in 1999, Francesca’s Collections has become one of the fastest-growing women’s fashion retailers in the country. Francesca’s Collections provides shoppers with an eclectic, carefully chosen assortment of treasured items and is overflowing with gifts, apparel, home accessories and jewelry that reflect the most fashionable styles from all over the world.   Francesca’s Collections currently operates 270 locations in 38 states.

The new Parmida Home store, its first store in St. Louis, will occupy approximately 9,200 square feet on the south side of The Meadows next to BC’s Kitchen. Parmida Home is sweeping the nation as an emerging retailer for your home, life and style by providing furniture, décor, kitchen, bath and entertaining accessories.  “We are very excited to open our Home Lifestyle store in the Lake Saint Louis area,” said Parmida Marketing Director Siotha Vest. “Our store features at home luxuries for entertaining guests, social gatherings, or enjoying gourmet tea with neighbors at home. We are confident our brand will be the first choice for customers looking for gifts, furniture and décor for their social events at home.”

Parmida Home, based in McKinney, Texas, is a boutique of high-end home living and entertainment merchandise ranging from furniture and dinnerware to gourmet chocolate and cheese. Parmida Home has eight locations in six different states.

And just for the holidays, The Meadows will be home to See’s Candies, a nationwide specialty retailer offering more than 100 varieties of high quality chocolates and candies.  See’s Candies has maintained an excellent reputation by producing the best possible boxed chocolates from only the finest grade raw ingredients. See’s Candies will be located next to Victoria’s Secret by the Clock Tower.

The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis is located at the intersection of Hwy. 40/61 and Lake Saint Louis Boulevard.  It is owned, leased and managed by Davis Street Land Company in partnership with Bruce Johnston, a lifetime resident of St. Louis with more than 25 years of retail real estate experience.
